RBSP Announces a Temporary Suspension of New Article Submissions Starting July 28

Due to the high volume of articles received throughout 2026, the RBSP system will be unavailable for new submissions starting July 28. Manuscripts submitted prior to that date and already in the editorial process will not be affected and will continue through the review process as usual. We appreciate your understanding and continued interest in our journal!
