This issue of Revista Brasileira de Segurança Pública (RBSP) features seventeen articles and a technical note, which explore key themes such as public security policies, human rights, crime, the prison system and racism. With a focus on the North and Northeast regions of Brazil, the magazine also features a comparative study with the Mozambican reality, broadening the perspective on these challenges. It also features research on police work, covering military organizations, the Fire Brigade, the Scientific Police and the Municipal Guard, as well as reflections on the health of public security professionals.
