LA VIOLENCIA DOMÉSTICA COMO VIOLACIÓN DE LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS EN LA JURISPRUDENCIA DEL TRIBUNAL EUROPEO DE DERECHOS HUMANOS

En el mundo actual, el problema de la violencia doméstica sigue siendo relevante, a pesar de todos los logros de la humanidad. Esta violencia sigue siendo una de las formas más comunes de violación de los derechos humanos, y afecta principalmente a los grupos más vulnerables de la población: niños, mujeres que dependen económica, psicológica o de otra manera de sus maridos, parejas o padres, personas con discapacidad, personas mayores, etc. El objetivo del artículo es analizar la violencia doméstica como una forma de violación de los derechos humanos, en particular de los niños, y el papel del Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos (TEDH) a este respecto. Además, pretende familiarizar con las normas y documentos jurídicos internacionales relacionados con los derechos humanos y la protección contra la violencia doméstica. También intenta analizar las sentencias del TEDH que han influido en la práctica y la política de lucha contra la violencia doméstica en el contexto de la protección de la infancia. Además, este artículo pretende analizar las tendencias y los retos en este ámbito, así como presentar conclusiones y recomendaciones para mejorar aún más la protección de los derechos humanos y la lucha contra la violencia doméstica, con especial atención a la protección de los derechos de los niños.
