RENDIMIENTO EN LAS ORGANIZACIONES POLICIALES

Resumen

El objetivo de este artículo es revisar la literatura sobre el rendimiento en las organizaciones policiales. La investigación se llevó a cabo en bases de datos de artículos científicos, que fueron catalogados y posteriormente, mediante el método inOrdinatio, clasificados y seleccionados para su análisis. El alcance teórico pretendido es identificar cómo se ha estudiado el rendimiento en las organizaciones policiales. Tras profundizar en el análisis, y centrándose en la gestión, fue posible clasificar los artículos en tres niveles: individual, que aborda el rendimiento desde la perspectiva del policía individual (incluyendo factores vinculados a la satisfacción, la iniciativa, la motivación, el liderazgo y el sentimiento de justicia); organizativo, que considera el rendimiento desde la perspectiva de indicadores supraindividuales; e institucional, que se ancla en la legitimidad como forma de evaluar el rendimiento. No se encontraron estudios que abordaran la relación entre los niveles de rendimiento, lo que puede considerarse una sugerencia para futuras investigaciones.
