LIDERAZGO IMPLÍCITO
El prototipo de líder militar para distintas generaciones

El objetivo de este artículo es identificar y analizar los prototipos del líder para diferentes cohortes generacionales en el cuerpo de bomberos militares, a partir de la Teoría del Liderazgo Implícito. En la literatura, hay pocos estudios que aborden el liderazgo implícito en diferentes cohortes generacionales y no se encontraron estudios que se centren en este tema en un contexto militar, lo que confirma la relevancia y novedad de esta investigación. Para alcanzar el objetivo, se adoptó el método cualitativo y se recolectaron datos a través de grupos focales, subdivididos por cohorte generacional. A partir de la técnica de análisis temático, se constató que: la Generación Baby Boomer presenta el prototipo de un líder más centrado en las relaciones afectivas; la Generación X, un líder orientador y resolutivo; y la Generación Y, un líder centrado en la innovación y el desarrollo tecnológico.
