INTERVENÇÕES EM PROMOÇÃO E PREVENÇÃO EM SAÚDE MENTAL ENTRE PROFISSIONAIS DE SEGURANÇA PÚBLICA

Resumo

O estudo apresenta uma revisão integrativa da literatura, com o intuito de conhecer, em nível global, como tem sido propostas e conduzidas intervenções de promoção e prevenção da saúde mental com profissionais de segurança pública (PSP). Foi realizada uma busca nas bases de dados Scopus e Web of Science, considerando estudos recentes (2018-2022) publicados nas áreas de Gestão, Psicologia e Ciências Sociais. Os conteúdos dos artigos foram categorizados de modo a identificar os tipos de intervenções realizadas, o momento da intervenção, os obstáculos e facilitadores da implementação e do acesso para a participação dos profissionais, bem como as abordagens que sustentaram teoricamente a concepção e realização das intervenções. Os resultados contribuem para promover reflexões sobre intervenções primárias, secundárias e terciárias relacionadas a processos psicossociais (em níveis individuais e organizacionais) e sobre estratégias utilizadas, sendo úteis para elucidar fatores psicossociais de risco e de proteção, que podem ser fatores-chave para o desenvolvimento e o sucesso de programas e práticas interventivas voltadas à saúde mental do público-alvo. Nesse sentido, são apresentadas contribuições e sugestões para estudos e práticas futuras, de modo a orientar e otimizar investimentos.
