About the Journal

Resumo

The Revista Brasileira de Segurança Pública is a biannual interdisciplinary publication of the Brazilian Forum of Public Security, released in February/March and August/September of each year and continuously open to new submissions. The journal aims to contribute to the expansion and consolidation of the field of public security studies, through the publication of original works framed in the following categories: theoretical studies, critical literature reviews, research reports, technical notes and reviews that include discussions on criminality, policing patterns, professional training, police investigation, criminal justice, juvenile justice, prison system and socio-educational system.
